The inside looks to have a bit of a pour spout

I am unsure exactly when this was made

MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 40" Waist 32 1 2" Hips 40" Length 46" The material feels like a taffeta (?). There is a waist accent. Side metal zipper. Lot Size 18 tag. It is in OK condition. There are some scattered stains on the chest area, the underarms, shoulders, the side seams, the skirt and the waist accent. The shoulder area has small holes. See photos.
